וכי מבלע נמי לא אמרן אלא דליכא עליה ריכבא דדיקלא ולא הוי תשעת קבין אבל איכא עליה ריכבא דדיקלא והוי תשעת קבין לא קנה מכלל דכי לא מובלע אף על גב דליכא עליה ריכבא דדיקלא ולא הוי תשעת קבין לא קני
